APAC WEBINAR SERIES

Generate new insights in neuroscience research through multiomics powered by HiFi sequencing

Friday, 15 July 2022
11:30 am - 12:30 pm (India Standard Time)
2:00 - 3:00 pm (Singapore)
3:00 - 4:00 pm (Seoul, Tokyo)
4:00 - 5:00 pm (Melbourne)

Join us on Friday, 15 July 2022 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm (Singapore Time) for the next iteration of the PacBio Asia Pacifc webinar series featuring Dr. Jenny Ekholm, Global Segment Marketing Lead for Human Genetics Research at PacBio.

Dr. Ekholm's topic will be on how highly accurate long (HiFi) reads provides an integrated array of applications to power discovery across multiple levels of biology through genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics. Multiomics in neuroscience research enable a more comprehensive view of the underlying biological disease mechanisms by integrating DNA variant discovery with genome-wide 5mC methylation patterns and full-length RNA sequencing for both whole tissues and single cells. This comprehensive view of molecular changes in response to disease generate a platform that can fuel future discoveries of novel biomarkers and treatments.

Attend this webinar to find out how PacBio HiFi sequencing generates new insights in neuroscience research through multiomics.
