Cancers display widespread RNA dysregulation, including alternative splicing of transcripts. Recent studies clearly show that short-read approaches capture only a fraction of isoforms identified by PacBio’s long-read approach in cancer samples.

If your research could benefit from highly accurate long-read RNA sequencing, apply for this SMRT Grant.

Three winners will receive free sequencing of up to six bulk or single-cell RNA samples.
