The PacBio Iso-Seq method produces high-quality, full-length transcripts of up to 10 kb and longer. Sequencing on a single SMRT Cell 8M on the Sequel II and Sequel IIe System is sufficient to exhaustively characterize a whole transcriptome and is supported by a maturing suite of official and community-developed tools.
In this webinar, Dr. Elizabeth Tseng will describe how Iso-Seq has been detecting cancer fusion genes, isoform-level phasing of the hexaploid coastal redwood, and discovering differential alternative splicing at the single-cell level.
