Join us for a full day collaborative informatics conference focused on developing and improving data analysis tools for PacBio SMRT Sequencing.  The conference takes place the day prior to the Genome in a Bottle Workshop at the NIST campus.

The goal of the conference is to advance development of these analytical tools by fostering in-person brainstorming and idea exchange among software developers and the bioinformatics community. Through facilitation of open discussion and collaboration, the event will nurture development of new and existing open source tools for de novo assembly, genome phasing, structural variations, methylation, targeted sequencing applications and Iso-Seq analysis.
