PacBio의 Highly accurate long-read (HiFi read) 는 높은 정확도 (> 99.9 %)와 가장 복잡한 유전체를 assemble하는데 필요한 충분히 긴 길이(최대 25kb)를 제공합니다.

HiFi read는 모든 변이 유형을 감지할 수 있는 높은 정확도 (> 99.9 %)와 가장 복잡한 유전체 와 전체 전사체를 assemble하는데 필요한 충분히 긴 길이(최대 25kb)를 제공합니다.

지원 방법 : 300단어 내외의 영문 제안서

수상자 혜택

  1. SMRTbell library construction*.
  2. PacBio sequencing (up to Three 8M SMRT cells)*.
  3. Preliminary bioinformatic analysis.

수상자는 MDxK, DNA Link, PacBio가 지정한 전문가 패널들에 의하여 선정됩니다.

* 제안서의 연구 목적과 내용에 따라 제공되는 library 와 SMRT Cell의 수는 달라 질 수 있습니다.

이번 Grant program은 PacBio와 국내 PacBio Certified Service Provider인 ㈜ 디엔에이링크와 함께 합니다.

제안서 선정 결과는 5월 20일 오후 2시에 엠디엑스케이 홈페이지를 통해 발표 및 개별 연락 드립니다.

본 Grant program에 등록하시는 경우 아래의 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

  • 제출되거나 제공되는 아이디어, 정보 또는 자료는 반환되지 않습니다.
  • 채택된 제안서 및 그 실험 결과는 후원사와 공유되며 마케팅에 사용될 수 있습니다. 
  • 채택된 제안서의 실험 진행은 선정 결과가 발표된 후 3 주 이내에 시작함을 원칙으로 합니다.
